Anthony Bell aka Pete was last seen on August 9 in Waxahachie and his car was discovered in Hill County near Hillsboro on August 16.
Bell is 5’10, 140lbs, with short hair and a tattoo on his right wrist of the word ‘promise’.
He has a very distinguished walk due to his muscular dystrophy.
