David Allen Surrett,72 is a white male that weights around 200lbs, stands 5’9 and has gray hair and brown eyes.
Surrett was last seen around 4:30pm on September 13, 2021 on the 1400 block of Glasgow Rd.
He was wearing a blue t-shirt, beige shorts and black tennis shoes.
He was last seen with Christel Williams, driving in a black suv.
Surrett is legally blind and requires daily medication.
