Dallas police are investigating a shooting that left an 11 year old boy dead in a Dallas Neighborhood Walmart Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 2800 block of S. Buckner Blvd.
Once they arrived they found an 11 year old boy suffering from a gunshot wound inside a vehicle.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to a 32 year old female witness, she told officers that she left the 11 and 9 year old inside the vehicle while she went in the store. The 9 year old found a handgun inside the vehicle and shot the 11 year old.
No charges have been filed and the investigation remains ongoing.
