A 13 year old boy and a 10 year old girl were shot early Tuesday morning inside a Dallas apartment complex. 
According to reports the shooting took place on the 9400 block of Royal Lane when officers responded to a shooting call.
Once they arrived they found a 13 year old boy had been shot in the back of his head by a stray bullet from outside and a 10 year old girl had been grazed by a stray bullet in her back. 
Both children were transported to Children’s Medical Center.
DPD Gang Unit is now investigating the shooting and have no suspects at the time.
