A 14 year old boy was arrested and charged with the fatal shooting of a 18 year old man at a Cleveland convenience drive thru store last month.
The incident occurred on November 19, around 1:30 p.m. in the 10000 block of St. Clair Avenue at a convenience store.
When authorities arrived they found the victim, 18 year old Lawrence McKissic suffering from a gunshot wound in the drive thru. He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries on November 22.
According to reports, McKissic got out of his vehicle and exchanged words with the 14 year old before he was shot in the head. The teen then grabbed McKissic’s gun and fled the scene.
On Monday US Marshals arrested the 14 year old boy near an apartment on the 400 block of Richmond Park Drive and took him into custody.
