On March 21, a storm brought in at least five tornadoes that touched down in Central Texas. The storm injured a dozen people and caused a lot of damage to property.

Freelance storm chaser Brian Emfinger captured stunning footage of the rare storm.

In the video, a tornado is spotted rolling through a usually-busy street. Debris and everything else in it’s path is swept off course, including a red Chevrolet pick-up truck.

The truck is flipped on its side, spun around, and then turned back up-right. Miraculously, the driver of the truck continues driving on his way like nothing happened.

The driver, 16-year-old Riley Leon, got caught in the storm on his way home from a job interview at Whataburger. The aftermath was his truck getting totaled, leaving him with no transportation to school.

After the video went viral, many community members wanted to help Leon with funds for him to seek medical attention after the incident.

Fort Worth–based Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet offered Leon a 2022 Silverado LT All Star Edition as a replacement. They also gave him $15,000 to help cover additional expenses for purchasing the truck.

The viral video of his encounter continues to shock viewers everywhere.
