Grand Prairie police arrested an 18 year old man for the shooting death of actor Eddie Hassel.
D’jon Antone,18 was taken into custody Wednesday with help from the U.S. Marshal Services fugitive task force.
Detectives believe Antone tried to rob Hassel Sunday while Hassel was outside of his girlfriends apartment on West Bardin Rd.
Authorities say they located the vehicle that was missing from the scene.
This story is developing but authorities determined the robbery was random.
