18 Year Old Found Fatally Shot Inside Vehicle After Crashing; 17 Year Old Suspect Arrested In Dallas

On August 17, officers responded to a crash on the 9000 block of Skillman St. Upon their arrival they found 18 year old Marlyn Gillespie inside the vehicle.
He was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
After investigating officers learned that year-old Chadrick Avery was responsible for the fatal shooting.
Avery has been arrested and charged with murder. No bond has been given at this time.
This is so sad and heartbreaking. I pray for the family and there loss. I send my derpest condolences.
