Dallas police are investigating after a 19 year old was found shot to death inside a home Tuesday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 11:30 p.m. on the 4600 block of Spring Avenue. Upon arrival they found the victim, Davarcia Forney, inside the residence with a gunshot wound.
Emergency crews arrived and pronounced Davarcia dead at the scene.
While investigating officers determined that an unknown suspect shot Davarcia and fled the scene before police could arrive.
At this time detectives are working to determine what led up to the fatal shooting.
This investigation is ongoing.
