Officers responded to a shooting call at the Luna Blanca apartments on the 3700 block of Mt. Ranier St.
Upon arrival officers found Jaan Nathan Cantu,19 lying on the ground of the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
After thorough investigation officers arrested Christopher James Garcia,17 for the murder.
