Richardson Police Department are investigating a homicide after a 20-year-old male was found fatally shot in an apartment complex parking lot.
Officers responded to several reports of shots fired at 901 S. Coit Road Wednesday evening around 6:50 p.m. When they arrived they located the deceased male, 20-year-old David Maldonado, laying on the ground.
Authorities say an argument between the victim and two other individuals escalated to the shooting.
RPD identified both suspects, Lisset Palacios, 21, and Raymundo Gutierrez, 20, and arrested them.
The suspects, who knew Maldonado, have both been charged with murder.
