A Lil Caesars store manager is being accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 16 year old female employee over a 5 month span on and off of premises.
According to the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Dallas County it is accusing Thaddeus Tyjuan Hooper of coercing the victim into having sex with him between August and December of 2017.
The victim alleges that Hooper would have sex with her at the store and in a nearby vacant grocery store parking lot. The victim also alledged that she told another supervisor about Hooper’s inappropriate actions with her and that the supervisor said “oh get use to it that’s just Thad”.
The lawsuit also alleges that when the victim was impregnated back in September she told Hooper and he told her to have an abortion because he didn’t want to get in trouble.
The victim alleges that she had already been transferred to another store when Hooper impregnated her.
The family is accusing Lil Caesars Lakeview, Llc, Caesars of Dfw Llc, and Larry Collins, Inc of intentional infliction of emotional distress as well as negligent hiring, supervision, training or retention of an employee.
The victims legal team is seeking more than 1 million in damages.
