A woman in North Richland Hills has been arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter after she killed a 17 year old and a dog on Thanksgiving Day.
Naomi Martinez,29 is accused of driving a Chevy Tahoe the wrong way on eastbound Loop 820 and striking two vehicles and a sedan.
Benjamin Castaneda,17 was driving the sedan and transported to a nearby hospital where he died. A dog inside the vehicle died as well.
Martinez and the driver of the third vehicle were transported to a hospital in stable condition.
