A 28 year old man was arrested in Dallas and charged with murder Saturday.
Officers responded to a deceased person call on the 9500 block of Brockbank Dr.
Upon arrival officers found an unknown person unresponsive.
When DFR arrived they pronounced the victim deceased from homicidal violence.
The victim did not have identification on them so Dallas Medical Examiners are working to positively identify the victim.
During the investigation officers learned that David Perez,28 was responsible for the murder.
He was arrested and booked into Dallas County jail. He remains in custody on a $1,000,000 bond.
