A 5 year old girl was shot along with five other people Sunday night after two neighbors got into an altercation in Katy.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 18000 block of Bonnets Park Circle and when they arrived they found six people suffering from gunshot wounds.
Everyone was transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries.
According to reports the 24 year old man got into an altercation with his 62 year old neighbor and went inside his home to retrieve a shotgun and when he returned he opened fire on the man and four other people including a 5 year old little girl.
The 62 year old neighbor in return grabbed a pistol and shot the 24 year old.
No arrest have been made at this time and investigators are still collecting evidence and reviewing the video from the man’s home surveillance camera.
Charges may be filed at a later time pending investigation.
