Dallas police are investigating after a 52 year old man was shot and killed earlier this week while inside a residence.
The shooting occurred shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday on the 4300 block of Spring Avenue. While investigating officers learned that an unknown suspect had fired multiple shots inside the residence.
When officers arrived they located two victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. One victim 52 year old James Deckard was transported to an area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
A second suspect was treated at the scene and refused to be transported to a hospital.
Police are investigating to determine what led up to this fatal shooting. No suspect(s) information has been released at this time.
