A man was taken into custody and charged with murder Monday after he shot and killed a 53 year old woman in Dallas.
Around 9:40 p.m., officers responded to a shooting call on the 2500 block of Royal Lane. Upon arrival authorities located a female victim, Chong Sun Wargny, suffering from a gunshot wound.
Wargny was transported to a local hospital where she died from her injuries.
While officers were investigating they learned that the victim was arguing with the suspect, 62 year old Wan Cho, before being fatally shot.
It was also stated that Cho shot at a bystander as people detained him until officers arrived. The bystander was not injured.
Cho was taken into Dallas County jail and charged with murder and aggravated assault.
