On Sunday, July 4, 2021, at around 1:30a.m., officers heard gunshots in the 3400 block of Horne Street while patrolling.
Officers arrived on the scene and located 8 victims of gunshot wounds close to a carwash. Then, the victims were taken to various medical facilities and were listed in stable condition.
An investigation is on-going. Additionally, it appears that many different guns were used in the shooting. There were many different shell casings collected at the scene.
No suspects have been apprehended at this time.
