Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in Dallas

An investigation remains active after a pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run early Sunday morning.

Around 2:40 a.m. on July 27, officers responded to an incident at the intersection of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Market Center Boulevard in Dallas’s Design District. They found a pedestrian who had been struck and was injured. Emergency personnel transported her to a nearby hospital, but she later died from her injuries.

The driver fled the scene prior to law enforcement’s arrival and has not yet been located.

The investigation continues.
