A man is in custody following a fatal incident involving another individual.
Around 3:30 a.m. on July 27, 2025, Dallas police responded to a call in the 6200 block of Military Parkway. When they arrived, they found an unresponsive victim at the scene. Dallas Fire-Rescue transported the individual, who was later pronounced dead.
The suspect, 43-year-old Rafael Baez Yanez, has been detained in connection with the case and is charged with murder.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office will assist in identifying the victim.
