Sha’Carri Richardson Arrested for Alleged Domestic Violence

Sha’Carri Richardson was taken into custody on Sunday following an alleged incident at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport.

Reports indicate that Richardson and Christian Coleman became involved in a verbal dispute as they exited through airport security. Richardson reportedly pushed the man, causing him to fall into a nearby column.

Police responded after security footage was reviewed, which purportedly showed the man trying to walk away from Richardson, while she continued to bump into him. Authorities also state that Richardson threw a pair of headphones at the man.

Richardson was booked into the South Correctional Entity in Des Moines, Washington, on charges of domestic violence and was released from detention on Monday.
