William Caleb Elliott, a 26-year-old sixth-grade history teacher and eighth-grade coach at Moore Middle School in Celina ISD, was arrested Friday night on charges of invasive visual recording and booked into Collin County Jail.
The district announced that Elliott has been placed on indefinite administrative leave. Celina ISD stated they have not been informed of any students affected and advised parents to contact the Celina Police Department and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services if they have concerns.
Police authorities have not disclosed the circumstances that led to Elliott’s arrest.
