TikTok star, Swavy, was murdered, and Wendy Williams brought the topic up on her show this week. Now, the family is speaking out.
Wendy started out by asking the audience if anyone knew who Swavy was. Then, she talked about him having more followers than her. She finally told the audience that the 19 year-old had been murdered in Delaware.
Many social media users were mad, demanding a cancelation of her show.
Swavy’s sister responded to Williams. “@Wendyshow, you should be disgusted.. You couldn’t even remember my little brother name. You seen he was trending and used him for clout. Everybody talking about him and you made it even worse. My mom can’t even mourn. It’s sad that you have to worry about getting a lawyer when my brother not even dead yet…. so insensitive.”
Other family members said they are committed to flooding her page until she issues an apology.
