A 21 year old man was struck by 2 vehicles while he was walkin on a highway ramp in oakcliff.
Police say Alfredo Garcia was walking along Walton Walker Blvd around 9pm when he was struck by 2 vehicles a white Dodge and a Buick Enclave. 
The man was transported to Methodist Central where he was later pronounced dead.
Both drivers did remain on the scene and police say they will not be facing any criminal or negligent charges at the time.
