3 Year Old Dies After Falling From Fourth Floor Apartment Window

A three year old boy died after he fell from the fourth floor of a Harlem apartment window Friday morning.
The incident happened around 10:30am on the 200 block of West 133 Street, when officers responded to a call regarding an unresponsive child.
Upon arrival officers found the victim, Daniel Galeas,3 unresponsive in the back of the apartment building.
Emergency crews transported him to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to reports Galeas was jumping on the bed when he fell out of the window.
He landed on a set of concrete steps behind the fourth-floor apartment.
The Medical Examiner will perform at autopsy to determine the actual cause of death.
