Houston police have issued an Amber Alert for 11 month old Shanally Flores who is described to be 30 inches tall, around 20 pounds and black Honduran or mixed race.
Flores was reported missing around 1pm Tuesday afternoon after her mother Carolina Flores,37 was found dead in her apartment stabbbed to death. 
Police issued the Alert around 5pm and says baby is believed to be with the father Thomas Bernandez. Investigators say Bernandez is Honduran, considered dangerous and a suspect in the death of the child’s mother. He was last seen driving a blue 2000 Toyota Celica with a black hood and a license plate number CM7-L340.
