Grand Prairie police are investigating after a 22 year old man was fatally shot outside a movie theatre.
On July 12, officers responded to a shooting call on the 200 block of W. Westchester where they found a male with a gunshot wound. Emergency crews arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
According to reports the victim, later identified as 22 year old Walter Umukoro, and an unknown male had gotten into an altercation. The suspect then pulled out a gun and shot Umukoro before fleeing the scene.
Grand Prairie Crime Stoppers is offering a $2500 reward for anyone with information leading to an arrest.
