Yolanda Comager’s husband and two of their daughters were not permitted to fly back to Louisiana from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, after testing positive for COVID-19.
Comager and her other daughter had come back home to figure out a way to get them all back. However, her husband’s health started to decline. He went to a hospital and was placed on oxygen. But, he was thrown out of there because he couldn’t afford the $12,000 it took to continue to take care of him. Then, he was taken to another facility and was intubated.
Now, she and her other daughter have tested positive. This is Comager’s second bout with COVID, stating that neither her or her husband had been vaccinated.
Because there are no phones at the hospital, she hasn’t been able to talk to anyone.
There is a GoFund me to assist the family during this tragic time.
