Body Found In White Rock Lake

A body was found floating in White Rock Lake early Tuesday morning by joggers in Dallas.
Dallas Fire Rescue team were able to recover the body and identify the man as Billy Luther,72. His car was parked nearby in the grass by Garland Rd and Lawther Drive.
Officers are calling his death unexplained at the time and awaiting autopsy results.
The victims next of kin has been notified.
