Harris County officials believe they have found the body of the missing Austin woman in the trunk of a car and they have located the 3 week old baby Margot Carey inside of a home safe and unharmed.
Heidi Broussard,33 was last seen on December 12 when she dropped her 6 year old son off at school and returned home.
The body was found in Jersey Village near Houston.
Medical Examiners have not positively identified the body and will be performing an autopsy to determine her cause of death.
A woman that may have been a close friend to Broussard has been arrested and charged with murder.
This investigation is ongoing.
