39 year-old Krystal Jackson, a married teacher, has been arrested.
She is charged with four counts of rape, oral copulation with a child, and lewd acts with a child. Additional offenses include communicating with a child to commit a felony and meeting with a child for lewd purposes.
Jackson was working as an educator in California when authorities got a tip that a child was being sexually abused by her.
After investigating for a year, they found that the teacher had sex with a 14 year-old boy at least 3 times over the last 12 months. They noted that she would get together with the teen once a week for a study session at their school.
The Mountain View Independent School District is working with detectives as they release more information.
Jackson was apprehended Friday, and her bail was set at $215,000.
