CFO Of Tyson Foods Arrested After Being Intoxicated, Entering A Random Woman’s Home And Falling Asleep In Her Bed

Tyson Foods Chief CFO, John R. Tyson, was arrested over the weekend after he was found intoxicated and sleeping in a random woman’s bed.

According to reports, 32 year old Tyson was found around 2 a.m. asleep at a home on the 400 block of North Mock Avenue in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

It was said that a woman returned home to check if she had locked her front door. Instead, when she returned she found a man sound asleep in her bed.

She quickly contacted police who arrived promptly and identified the man by his identification, that was found in his clothes on the floor.

When authorities tried to wake Tyson he sat up for a moment but quickly tried to lay down and go back to sleep.

Authorities say when he sat up they smelled a strong odor of alcohol from his breath and body.

Tyson was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and public intoxication. He was released later that day on a $415 bond.

Tyson Foods released a statement saying, “the company is aware of the incident and had no further comment as it is a “personal matter.”
