On July 4, 2021, at approximately 1:03 am, Seagoville Police answered a call to a major accident. It involved a utility vehicle(UTV) side-by-side.
Two adult males and a child were riding the vehicle when it turned over. Consequently, one of the adult males was injured and taken to a local medical facility.
The child sustained a massive wound to the head and was airlifted to Children’s Hospital in Dallas. The child succumbed to the injury. The accident is still under investigation.
