The Collin County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the public’s help in finding 33-year-old Kayla Kelley.
On January 11, 2023, Kayla’s friends had reported her missing after not hearing from her for multiple days. After she went missing, Kayla’s car was found in a remote section of Frisco, Texas.
Additionally, 32-year-old Ocastor Ferguson,(aka/ Kevin Brown), has been named as a person of interest in Kayla’s disappearance. Ferguson has been apprehended by Sheriff’s Investigators for Kidnapping. He is being held in the Collin County Detention Center in lieu of $1,000,000 bond.
