The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Regina Elizabeth Hightower. Ms. Hightower was last seen on November 6, 2019, at about 12:30 a.m., on foot in the 3300 block of Southern Oaks Boulevard. She may be a danger to herself or others.
Ms. Hightower is described as a 31-year-old Black female, 5’4” in height and weighing approximately 228 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black curly shoulder length wig with red highlights, dark colored shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
If anyone knows Ms. Hightower whereabouts, you are asked to call the police department at 911 or (214) 671-4268.
