Dallas Man Arrested After Murdering His Mother

A 34 year old man is behind bars for the murder of his mother.
Officers responded to a deceased woman inside a vehicle call on the 3500 block of S. Ledbetter Dr Monday morning.
Upon arrival officers found Rhonda Jones Johnson,51 unresponsive inside a vehicle.
When emergency crews arrived Johnson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers also learned that the victims son, Johnny Lynn Jones,34 was responsible for her death.
He was taken to DPD Headquarters for questioning and then transported to Dallas County Jail.
He remains in jail on a $1,000,000 bail.
