A suspect was arrested Wednesday in connection to the shooting death of a Dallas man shot while sitting in his car.
The incident occurred on January 5 on the 3200 block of S. Lancaster Rd when Kendrick Hampton,29 was shot while sitting in the driver seat of his car.
The suspect fled the scene on foot before officers could arrive.
During investigation officers arrested Rapheal Jefferso,33 on January 20 and he was charged with Hampton’s murder.
He remains in Lew Sterrett jail on a $500,000 bond.
