Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson Partners With Borden Milk To Help Families In Need

Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson has partnered with Borden Milk during Mayor’s Milk Initiative to give families free milk.
According to the City of Dallas Borden will deliver the milk to schools and houses of worship, where faith-based volunteers and participating nonprofits will distribute the milk to those families in need.
Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson said, “I am proud to partner with Borden Dairy on the Mayor’s Milk Initiative. With the help of Dallas ISD and our local faith leaders, this program will ease the burden on families facing hardships during the COVID-19 pandemic, Our city will get through these difficult challenges, and we will do so by working together, caring for one another, and helping those in need however we can.”
There are two locations Eladio R. Martinez Learning Center from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, and at St. Philip’s School and Community Center from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Everyone is eligible and identification is not required.
