Dallas Police Arrest 16 Year Old In Connection To Camran Collier’s Death

A 16 year old is in custody for the murder of a Desoto teen.
The incident happened on April 22 when officers were called to the 1100 block of Westlake Drive for a shooting.
Upon arrival they found Camran Kashawn Collier, 19 fatally shot in the driver seat of his Honda Accord.

During the investigation officers learned a 16 year old was responsible for the murder.
They also learned that he was placed on probation and had removed his ankle monitor.
After continuous efforts Dallas police were able to locate him in Pleasant Grove.
He is now in the Dallas County Juvenile Detention Center facing a capital murder charge.
