Two people have been arrested after a man was found with multiple gunshot wounds inside a parked car Wednesday evening.
Dallas officers responded to a shooting call on the 2400 block of Rugged Drive East. Upon arrival they found an unidentified male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds inside a car.
Emergency crews arrived and transported the man to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
It was stated that two suspects, Jennifer Posado-Colato, 19, and Joe Torres, 18, were seen running away from the car after multiple shots were fired.
Both suspects were found in a residence nearby. Torres was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital. Posado-Colato also complained of medical issues and was taken to a hospital as well.
After further investigating it was determined that Torres fatally shot the man and he was charged with murder. Posado-Colato was charged with tampering with physical evidence.
