A male and female were arrested for drug trafficking Friday afternoon.
According to reports the Dallas Police Department’s Love Field Interdiction Squad located 47lbs of marijuana at Dallas Love Field airport being transported from LAX.
A 29 year old female and a 28 year old male gave authorities permission to search their bags.
DPD Narcotics K9 alerted authorities and they were able to arrest both suspects without incident.
