On December 30, around 8 a.m. Dallas police were called to a shooting. Upon their arrival they found the victim, 26 year old Ernest Taylor, unresponsive from an apparent gunshot wound.
When emergency crews arrived they pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Detectives are investigating to determine what led up to the fatal shooting. At this time they have no suspect(s).
The shooting investigation remains ongoing.
