On Wednesday, a teenager from North Texas, who was wanted for capital murder, was apprehended.
17-year-old Julio David Falcon was arrested at about 5:30 p.m., on October 25, in the 700 block of North Waldrip Street, by the Grand Saline Police Department. The United States Marshal’s Service’s Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force was also involved in the apprehension.
Falcon had been wanted by Dallas police for capital murder and was taken into custody without incident.
He was placed in the Van Zandt County Justice Center on a $1.5 million bond.
