Deceased Males Identified In Creekwood Double Homicide In Desoto

The two deceased males killed in a home invasion gone bad in Desoto Sunday evening have been identified.
The incident happened Sunday evening on the 200 block of Wintergreen at The Creekwood Apartments when a group of men tried to enter a home and a shootout occurred.
Three men were injured and David Daniel,21 and William Leon Smith,43 were pronounced dead at the scene.
