Ft. Worth police are investigating shooting inside a Ft.Worth home that left a 16 year old injured.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 500 block of West Spurgeon Street and when they arrived they found a 16 year old girl suffering from a gunshot wound with a gun next to her.
The victim was in a bedroom of the home along with her child’s father.
She was transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Officers are still unclear about who fired the shot.
This investigation is ongoing.
