Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Shoots Down Vin Diesel’s Plea to Return to “Fast And Furious 10”

In a recent interview, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson stated that he was “very surprised” by co-star Vin Diesel asking him to come back to the “Fast & Furious” franchise in November.

He stated that he told Vin directly, privately, and cordially that he wouldn’t be coming back to the franchise.

“Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn’t like how he brought up the children or Paul Walker’s death…we had spoken months ago about this.”

Jonson is talking about an Instagram post made by Vin Diesel two months ago. “My little brother Dwayne…. the time has come. My children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. I told you I was going to fulfill my promise to Pablo. I say this out of love, but you must show up, don’t leave the franchise idle. You have a very important role to play….”

However in 2016, Johnson called out his male co-stars who worked with him on “The Fate of the Furious.”

“Some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t care are too chicken s— to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of the scenes and my blood is legit boiling–you’re right,” he said on Facebook at the time.
