On August 10, 2019 at about 4:25 a.m., officers responded to a shooting call in the 7100 block of Grey Dawn Lane. 
Upon arrival, officers met with the suspect Oscar Hurtado,30 that stated he was in involved in a verbal altercation with Juan Garay,28. 
During the argument, the suspect produced a weapon and shot and killed the victim. This is an on- going investigation and it will be documented on case number 161476-2019. 
The suspect name will not be released until he has been booked into Lew Sterrett.
