A man was fatally stabbed in Deep Ellum Friday night.
Officers responded to a stabbing on the 2600 block of Main St around 9:16pm.
Upon arrival they found a man in the parking lot suffering from multiple stab wounds.
He was transported to Baylor hospital where he later died from his injuries.
During the investigation witnesses told officers that the victim and suspect were involved in some sort of altercation.
The suspect pulled out a knife, stabbed the victim and fled the scene before officers could arrive.
The stabbing investigation is ongoing.
