Former Sheriff’s Deputy Gets Life Sentence For Murdering Girlfriend After She Insulted His Penis Size
A former Richmond County sheriff deputy was sentenced to life in prison after he murdered his ex girlfriend for belittling his penis size.
48 year old Jason Moose Cunningham was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 35 years for the murder of 37 year old Nicole Harrington.
Cunningham killed Harrington back in 2020 in the Augusta Convention Center parking garage after the two got into a heated argument. Apparently Harrington called Cunningham’s penis small and he became upset. He then shot the mother of three in the back of the head and left her for dead.
Shortly after killing Harrington, Cunningham was involved in an 8 hour standoff with law enforcement before being arrested and taken into custody.
While in custody he admitted to having an affair with Harrington as well as killing her.
Cunningham plead guilty to malice murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was sentenced to 30 years for murder and 5 years for having a gun while being a felon.
