In June 2020, Frank Colt was convicted of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old family member.

The case also revealed Tim Colt’s, Frank’s father, incest farm, making the dad the patriarch of the “world’s most inbred family.” Tim died in 2009.

In 2012, the 38-member Colt family were residing in a bush camp in Australia. An investigation led to the discovery of 14 children conceived through parents who were related. Frank is said to be one of the second generation Colts.

Frank was apprehended after a relative disclosed to authorities that she was residing in a cult and being abused. In court, she stated that all of her aunts, uncles, and cousins had been having sex with each other.

In the 1970’s, Tim fathered six kids with his wife, June. One of his children, Betty, fathered 13 children by Tim or one of her brothers. It was also revealed that all of Tim’s kids had children in the same manner, and they kept breeding inside the family.

After Tim died, the family moved, and the children missed alot of school. This caused authorities to visit the residence several times.

After a raid, 12 children were removed from the home and placed in foster homes.

Many family members are still being sought by authorities as many left even before the raid. They are facing many charges including sexual intercourse with a child and perjury.

It isn’t known how much time Frank was given in his sentence.
